I agree with you Nanette, I was just slightly offended that some people implied that by not answering that question people were hiding some shamful secret. And making a flash judgement on someone based on one question might be a bit unfair, especially as we have all sinned in one way or another. Its just my humble opinion.

Again, the question doesn't have anything to do with one's past or what they have done prior to becoming a Christian. It has to do with what you expect in a future relationship. I don't see what answering that question has to do with judging someone or not. It is simply a helpful tool in aiding people in their search for someone who shares their same beliefs.

I just want to put my two cents worth here. I am one of the lucky people from this site who has met a wonderful person. I chose the do not wish to respond because I dont feel that it is anyone else's place to make a judgement on me based on that response. Let's face it people....sin is sin....Some sins are readily apparent, some are not....we are all sinners and fall far far short of God's character. If someone here is searching for a "pure" person, well I wish them luck, but there was only one human being who never sinned and he was crucified for our salvation. Now I would like to say that of course I do not believe that this gives us the right to go around sinning at will, but God knows the heart of everyone of us, he knows what factors into any decisions we may make. Those of you who are trying to appear to be on some higher moral ground than others really should examine your thoughts and actions a bit closer. I personally would not want to tie myself in marriage to someone who was unable to forgive or understand any shortcoming I may have or any blight that my sinful nature may have caused, whatever my sin may be. I am very thankful that I have met someone who is real, and who loves me as I am even knowing all of my faults. I am also grateful that GOD knows my heart, and HE will be my judge.

This is a very intersting subject. I agree with one of the writers..."there are many of the members that are not very honest with how they completed their profile". I honestly belive in no sex sustain from sex before marriage. However, for those of us have experienced sex in a previous marriage, the struggle to withhold is a major challange for some. But I do believe that God knows the heart and He's sensitive to each individual situation. I am so very thankful that we depend on His judgement and not "man's". Only God can move us closer to Him...and as long as we keep our eyes on Him...He will.

WOW!!!!
Starting today, right now, let me just put my few words that's stirring in my spirit. Each of us need to example our selves.. take inventory of oneself for the time is at hand and God is ready for this world to Make & Take a stand for him and it starts with SEX. Let's make that Covenant with God regarding the message of the writer and see this site really ROCK for Jesus name sake that he might get the GLORY out of our lives.
To the writer of this message my spirit applauds in Jesus name. Be radical for Jesus. He is awaiting on his children to take a stand and be that peculiar people that he is calling for in these last days for we are living in the last days indeed.
God's will be done in this matter and don't get mad with me.
