I have just prayed for you and while I was I got a picture in my mind that when those days come when it is hard to cope of a heavy anchor being thrown down to the water from a large ship and of you barely being able to move or not move at all at times because of the pain's severity. I have prayed that the heavy anchor that I see as holding you down in the severe pain will be lifted from you miraculously. Yes, I still believe in MIRACLES. Of course its easier to believe for someone other than oneself. I also have moments for I have totally collapsed 2 discs and have bone riding bone. I believe God has allowed that in my life like Paul's thorn in the flesh, to prevent me from getting too puffed up. I have also heard rumour that their is much new surgical procedures to alleviate many back problems before untouchable. I can tell you one thing that happened to me about 14 yrs. ago before they collapsed. I went on a camping vacation and started walking uphill, kind of well it was hiking, every single day. I stopped having any pain at all, completely 0pain. Then I of course had to come home and with the daily grind of life stopped walking uphill, hiking and the pain came right back. I pray for you to have courage in the midst of your pain and walk, if you are able, a little everyday. What have you got to loose? It might work. Though God is able to do miracles just as when his son was here on earth, sometimes and this is my personal opinion here, we need to remember, God still uses people all the time. I don't know if you've seen Dr.'s, take medication, or what you are doing or have done so I hope you will use whatever the Lord has put at your disposal as far as physicians, pain control therapists, etc.. to help yourself toward healing. I will continue to pray for you as God leads me too, seeing as you can only comfort as you have been comforted and we are both on this road together let me know how you are doing as God leads. I send Christian love to you and thoughts of peace and painfree days ahead. May the God of the universe impart unto you the grace sufficient for the place you are at this moment. I have had a lot of back pain due to arthaitis in the lower back. I would like prayer to help me cope when days get really bad. When these days come I find really hard to cope.
