In 1998, I was a graduate student, and tired of meaningless dating. No one I
dated shared my value system at all. Then I decided to try something I
had never considered doing before...using the internet to search for someone of my
own denominational beliefs. I did.
We corresponded for awhile, talked on the phone,
and flew back and forth for some time. Finally, Karin and I were married December 2000.
I was surprised that such a thing were possible via a medium such as this; and I've
been pleasantly surprised ever since.
And I wanted to simply say thank you.
