@Markus
I totally agree that there are women who prefer older men! Sometimes it is because of "maturity" and life experience, etc. It is just frustrating for those 40-50 year old females who get left out to pasture. The gate doesn't usually swing both ways and IF a woman went for a man who was 15 years younger, then she is called a "cougar". Women just seem to be on the short end of the stick. We have to wait to be asked for the relationship and we are at a time where men (not all!) seem to be looking for younger women and the issue that there are more women than there are men in the world, and the new explosion of GAY men! Our pool of choices are VERY limited and we seem to have to "compete" for the "good" man's notice.
I totally agree with you, the Bible doesn't put any rules on dating except one - don't be unequally yoked. Who we fall in love with is our freedom to fall for. Race, age, etc. is only personal preference. I was just supporting another comment because I TOTALLY understand her frustration!

I would like to extend my comment that I made further on the "Ruby Membership" topic regarding Background Checks and the necessity for them in this day and time.
We don't live in the same time that we used to where people lived in a "community" where the people were so well connected. People in the community fairly well knew each other. Community doesn't mean city of course. Church community, work community, school community, etc.
Now though, we meet people through social networks and dating sites and we know nothing about their backgrounds and know no one who knows their background and we are just left to believe everything we are told. Like I said in another comment, PEOPLE LIE! There are so many men and women with illegitimate motives! Credit thieves, identity thieves, pedophiles (those seeking to have sex with young children) and the marry - divorce - and take your money motives. So far, in my business, I have dealt with all but the identity thief but in my law enforcement career, I learned about these schemes of professional ID thieves.
This is why I say that people should NOT be offended by their partner or date doing a Background Check if they have nothing to hide - but in fact, they should be attracted to them EVEN more because they have found a smart and savvy individual.

Mainegal,
I have heard SO many friends who have been connected in the past with this site who say basically the same thing! One said that she was even a bit frightened by his persuasion of feeling "entitled" to be in her bedroom since he traveled so far to see her.
There are many things that backgrounds can find out about a person. Believe it or not, if you are good listener and maybe take a few notes about things that are shared, then when you do a background search, you can compare.
For instance, I am doing one now (for a mother and sister who believe that the guy that her daughter/sister is dating is not who he says). He had said that he lived in Dallas area 8 years but his background proves otherwise. It also shows 4 civil suits against him so it is obvious that he had some difficulty managing money. It is one thing to have a bankruptcy or civil suit for a time period because a person could have lost a job or business failure, etc. but when you see several spread out over the years, a red flag should go up. Comparing the things that the date tells you with what you find in the research is peace of mind. Hopefully, if they are truthful in everything else regarding their past, then MAYBE they won't "morally" fail in other areas of their life such as being 'entitled' to jump in the sack with you because they traveled to visit you or the ones looking for the free room/board ticket.
Thanks for your comment Mainegal and May God Bless YOU in your search for your desire to find a "Godly man" !

Yes you are right when woman ask me out it's unattractive. I like to ask a woman out but when I was not walking with God woman use to flock like gueese and they were so easy to come by. Now that I walk with God its a whole different world and a lonely one. Adventist woman don't respond very well and they seem to be afraid of evrything including sneezing.

Love the complexity presented in your poems and discussion on sexuality.
Wondering Eves may need some ideas from you on the following question:
What exactly should Eve do once she finds Adam (assuming he is still asleep?) Rib him? Uncover his feet? Offer a better apple? Lead him to an orchard?
Is it just as simple as waiting for the Creator to wake him up and hoping for a sign of recognition and acceptance?
What does she do in the meantime (while he is sleeping)?
I think the women here could use some insight on the Eve side. How do you see it?
